Open the app → Sign in with Email → tap "Forgot password?" → enter your email → check inbox for the reset code → enter it plus a new password.
For privacy, everyone's contact info is hidden by default. Tap "Request contact" on the dog profile — the owner will approve or deny. Premium users get faster response and can see Instagram handles without approval.
Payments happen inside the app via UPI, Debit/Credit card or Net Banking (powered by Razorpay). Booking amount is charged when the walker accepts. Walkers are paid weekly to their linked UPI/bank account.
We charge a 15% platform fee on every PawJobs booking. Walkers keep 85%. We also offer Premium subscription (₹299/month) for enhanced features.
PawMate is a listing intermediary connecting dog owners with independent walkers. We do not walk, sit or groom dogs ourselves. Please read our Booking Terms & Safety Policy for full details.
Open the app → Profile → Menu → PawJobs → "Become a walker". Fill in your services, rate, experience and photo. Once submitted, your profile goes live immediately (verification is done post-first-booking).
Profile → Security & Privacy → Sign out. Then email support@pawmateco.com to permanently delete your account within 30 days.
PawMate is live pan-India. Active communities are largest in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad. Growing everywhere else!
